Who operates the Portal

Felix Agent is operated by Farid Inawan. For privacy requests or questions, email frdteknikelektro@gmail.com. We aim to respond within two business days.

Information we plan to collect

• Google sign-in identity: your Google account identifier, email address, name, and basic profile information needed to identify your account. Signing in does not give Felix Agent access to your Google Drive.
• Portal records: account status, session information, policy versions and acceptance times, credit balance and transaction history, API key metadata, and support or security activity.
• Top-up records: the package you choose, transfer reference and details you provide, receipt image or file, review decision, and related audit records.
• Technical records needed to secure and operate the Portal, such as access and error logs.

Why we use it

We plan to use this information to authenticate you, provide and secure your account and API access, review manual top-ups, maintain accurate credit and transaction records, respond to support requests, prevent abuse and duplicate credits, and meet applicable legal obligations. Policy acceptance will be recorded before private Portal use or receipt upload.

Storage and service providers

Customer records and receipts are planned to be stored in private Felix-controlled Google Drive folders. Vercel hosts the website and Portal; Google provides sign-in; infrastructure and API service providers may process the minimum information needed to provide or secure access. Processing or storage may occur outside Indonesia, subject to applicable requirements. We do not plan to sell personal data or use receipt files for advertising.

Retention and deletion

After account deletion, ordinary Portal access data is planned to be deleted within 30 days. Rejected or duplicate receipt files are retained for 90 days after the decision; approved receipt files for 24 months after approval; ledger and audit metadata for seven years after the last transaction; and security logs for 12 months. Records may be restricted and preserved longer when needed for a dispute or legal obligation.

Your choices and requests

Email the address above to request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data, or to ask about our processing. We will verify your Google account before acting on a request and will explain any records we must retain. You can also stop using the Portal; account deletion does not erase records subject to the retention periods above.

Changes

The final Privacy Policy will display its effective date and version. Material changes will require you to review and accept the new version before continuing to use the private Portal.
